  Refactor some of the page structure into a more basic layout (frame)

This will allow the re-using of the basic page components across solution and
blog post pages more easily

  Fully port the "legacy" Docker solution page into the legacy frame

This page, to me, really demonstrates the brilliance of both awestruct and haml
put together. Mixing Ruby, Haml and Markdown where appropriate to construct
this page!
