The CAPTCHA was a surprise for me :(
It appears on the top of the page, but noting fields are located in the
bottom (Firefox).
It took some time to find the captcha, but IMO the spam protection worth
some inconveniences

No replies for a long time. Released.
I was unable to find where previous changelogs are and added new entry on
wiki page with link to GH diff.

AFAIK, only R. Tyler can do it.

Elad, you should have an access to the plugin now. As I see, R. Tyler also
supported changes in the plugin.
You can just start merging your functionality into the plugin.
If you want to get a review for your changes, you can always create pull
requests to the plugin (and merge them on your own).
Better late than never...
