Since the JEP draft was filed, there have been a number of fixes, but
the major addition is a WebSocket-based CLI
In Jelly you can reference them using
${resURL}/images/24x24/[color].png
You can see the list of available icons at jenkins-home/war/images.
They are defined in the BallColor class in Java.

Before I spend too much time on this, does anyone have an endpoint or
