A while ago, I considered using Keepassx with shared storage but 1Password
could be an easier approach.

No problem if we want to make the CLA a pre-req for triage team membership,
especially if they can use EasyCLA to do it.

Thanks Herve for building this service! It is really nice to have it taking
the vast number of external links to Wiki.
It would be nice to update the layout so that for each page there is notice
that Wiki is deprecated + link it to the migration guidelines.
