Should jenkinsci/plugin-pom be made to inherit from jenkinsci/pom? jenkinsci/plugin-pom duplicates a large amount of material from jenkinsci/pom, and inheriting it instead would greatly ease maintenance by allowing the duplicate material to be deleted.
