Test In Progress plugin does not appear in plugins page

Hi, My new plugin https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Test+In+Progress+Plugin does not appear in jenkins plugins page https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Plugins What needs to be done for it to appear in the plugins page ? Note that my plugin is correctly showing up in Jenkins
