I'm not sure to understand whether you need common configuration
project-wide or if it is system-wide.

I'm writing a plugin that consists of 2 or 3 build steps / notifiers.
These build steps have some general configuration in common.
How can I reuse / access that configuration? I added the global.jelly file
in one of the buid step classes but I don't think I can access it from the
