It would be very useful to choose a build result condition, per source/destination pairing, under which the files will be published. The "Build other projects" post build action would be a good template for this. It offers three conditions - "Trigger only if build succeeds", "Trigger even if the build is unstable", and "Trigger even if the build fails".
