Jenkins LTS 1.532.2 and Java8

Hi guys, is in any way possible to understand if Jenkins LTS 1.532.2 can run on a Tomcat 7 configured to use Java8? I tried and I get lot of exceptions in the logs. Using the latest LTS 1.642.1 doesn't throw any error. Is there a way to understand the supported requirements for a LTS versio

job fail during ant build from UI but not from shell

Hi All, I'm facing a strange problem.. I have configured a job that fails when running. The strange thing is that it does not fail when I run it from the shell, with the user jenkins. The job clones from a git repo and then calls ant for building a war file. At the moment I have a running var
