I believe I found the problem. workflow-aggregator has a depencendy
on workflow-cps-global-lib. workflow-cps-global-lib wasn't resolving it's
git-server dependency in my installation for some reason. Installing
git-server through the plugin manager solved this problem for me.

Thanks for the reply! In the Manage Plugins section, from the
available tab, I filtered on workflow. There was only one workflow so I
added it. Unfortunately that only added some of the plugins. Without the
filter, I sometimes saw multiple workflow plugins and other times did not.
Hello all!
I added workflow 1.8 which of course installed a number of plugins and
updated a few others. I restarted Jenkins. But now when I select New
Item I'm not getting the option to create a workflow. Any thoughts?

workflow project. But now I don't seem able to do anything. The bottom of
the UI is workflow - definition which appears to be a select box but does
not allow me to select anything.
