Another potential reason is the Java security manager that your today is using
is preventing reading and it writing files that are outside the tomcat webapp
dir.

Hi, I did a similar move las weekend, (the diference is that I donĀ“t have
Tomcat) and my jod disapered.
In my case I only move the jobs directory to a new Jenkins installation
with plugins updated.
Then, I moved the plugins directory and the jobs appered.
Thake a look in plugins versions.
