Hi all,

I have a project in github with a Jenkinsfile in the project root. For
some reason, even if I re-trigger branch indexing, Jenkins thinks the
master branch has no Jenkinsfile (though it does):

    Checking branch master
Jenkinsfile does not exist in this branch
    Does not meet criteria

  0 branches were processed

  Getting remote pull requests...

    Checking pull request #PR-38
Jenkinsfile exists in this pull request
    Met criteria
Scheduling build for branch: PR-38

  1 pull requests were processed

Is there some sort of caching involved, or perhaps a more aggressive
"reindex branches" button I can use, or have I triggered a legitimate
bug? I'm using the 2.0-rc1 docker image with all of the plugins
updated.

Cheers,
Andrew
