Just installed Jenkins 1.492 on ubuntu 12.04 , but i was not able to use ANY pulldown menu options available by "Add Build Step" and i get no error as well.

Is there any way to get a detailed error log 2. Has anyone else experienced the same issue i tried using apt-get , and from java -jar jenkins.war command line, and have the SAME issue Thanks, -Kamal.
