Same for me here in Germany. I am having connection problems since 2 or 3
days. Updating Jenkins or plugins keeps failing all the time because the
connection times out. Also, accessing http://jenkins-ci.org in the browser
is pretty slow. Sometimes it takes minutes until the content is loaded

Doesn't seem to work today either. Or rather, working slowly. I'm able to
access the site but it takes forever to load. When I try installing jenkins
from the repo I get a timeout, so it's unusable.
