The catalina:shared and catalina-base:shared goals currently are a dependency of allBuild. Shouldn't these really be a dependency of the 'deploy' goal? In fact, I noticed that when trying to switch between Tomcat versions and redeploy to the new version that jars were missing in shared/lib
