I'm a happy JFFNMS user i've been using it since it's early version 2
years ago.
Recently I aware about it's performance since the box that running it
hung frequently, I've tried to separate mysql on more powerful box,
reduce interface to be monitored, and so on.

You are right, there's a problem with that feature, that I was unable to
fix yet... Its probably an internal RRDTool overflow, I'll have to ask
Tobias Oetiker (RRDTool Creator) about that.
