The Permission denied error you are getting is probably because the config
file is not writable
Do a chmod 664 or if all else fails a 777 so that the file can be written to
once the config / setup is complete you can change it back
Mine are as follows
drwxr-x--- 2 www www 512 Jul 5 10
I can't say for other people, but I'm only reading the digest of the mailing
