It does seem like a permision problem. If you are running JFFNMS 0.8.3 then RRDTool 1.2.15 will work fine. If you did the following steps from the INSTALL file, it should work fine. Also remember to disable SELINUX. . Create User & Group Note: replace apache by your Apache user (like
