During the upgrade to 7.8 from 7.7
after running the database patch (which ran smoothly until line 87)
I got an error message that stated "db_ping(mysql) Connection to DB Restored... db_ping(mysql) Connection to DB Restored... db_ping(mysq

Well the DB patch has to work completely.
Please go to line 87 and then feed mysql the next lines, line by line.
The severity.nivel field was changed to severity.level (spanish to english) and
if thats not done in the DB, the code will not find it.
