It seems that your interfaces table is corrupted. You can simply run the
cleanup_raw_table.php (/opt/jffnms/engine) script or run this in bash
mysql -u jffnms -pjffnms jffnms -e "repair table interfaces; optimize table
interfaces"

Hi Alberto,
I think net-snmp on cygwin has to be compiled with some special flags to
support other mib branches than the Interface one.
Do the snmpwalk of host,snmp branch inside MIB-2 outputs something ? if
