might have something more systematic, but at least some of the failures I’m
seeing is in the r dependency building process. RSPM doesn’t support 21.04, so
we build all those dependencies from scratch, and we keep on having the process
killed. We might try turning off particularly long-running dependencies (if
they are in suggests) like duckdb
