releases is now that all releases should be available only through:
1. the main mirrored ASF distribution directories
2. the main ASF archives

I added a note to the Wiki page. In short, start eclipse with
eclipse -data workspace_dir. Of course, you can use custom batch
files or shell scripts or shortcuts so you don't have to remember this
every time. It's probably easiest to commit any changes from your old
workspace and
