Using the Agregate Report in a Test Plan with HTTP and JDBC Requests.  The HTTP 
Requests are listed in the report using the Name field of the request but the 
JDBC Requests are listed using the SQL Query.

The docs say it should display a "row for each differently named request in 
your test".
