Sorry, I caused a problem with the builds when I added the HttpClient
Sampler (forgot to add the dependencies and jars to the project descriptor).

I updated the descriptor earlier today, so hopefully this will fix the build
problem.

In which case, not only can people try the new Monitor, but they can also
try the new HttpSampler which uses Jakarta Commons Httpclient
(http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/httpclient)

This is an early release, so expect problems. I've not yet had a chance to
test Posts or https or authentication or cookie handling or etc. ...
feedback welcome.

It probably won't work properly as the source for the Tomcat Monitor.
