You can use "HTTP User Parameter Modifier".
You set up a file named "users.xml" and drop it in the Jmeter bin directory.
The "HTTP User Parameter Modifier" will pick one user per thread and use it.
It's pretty straightforward.

doc, however, when I try to do a remote start, I get a huge connection
exception, the top of which is: (I can throw in more of the trail if it is
