You can take a look at SOAP-UI (http://www.soapui.org/). I generate with
SOAP-UI the SOAP-Request and use it in JMeter.

Are you behind a security proxy on your work? If so, you must start jmeter
with the real proxy server settings.
The settings for firefox are localhost as proxy server and port 8080. the
name of the proxy of the jmeter gui is not the name of the server, it is
only the name of the jmeter

I can access only with Eclipse the HEAD, not however one branch.

versions, the same strange things happen.
