Most likely the required jars are missing - the log should show this.
You need mail.jar and activation.jar, IIRC.

I'm having trouble with the Mailer Visualizer: I can't add this listener in the
GUI (tried 2.0.1 and 2.0.2, Win XP). I can select the listener and click it,
then nothing. I tried to add it at the level of Test Plan, Thread Group and
Sampler. All other listeners can be added without prob
