Might be worth trying one of the nightly builds from CVS HEAD - there
have been quite a few fixes to the WSDL and SOAP which have not been
applied to the 2.0 branch.

Hm. From the response message you got Kolappan, it looks like the receiving
server isn't receiving the body of the document.
Perhaps the "Content-type: text/xml" HTTP header isn't being passed through
by JMeter?
