What is the error you are having?

Don't forget to add mail.jar, activation.jar to the lib folder of
Jmeter.
If you are behind a proxy and if you are trying to test a external
webservices, then you can give the proxy/username/pwd etc details as
command line arguments while starting Jmeter.
