[Jmol-developers] cdk-guessfileformat

Hi all, now that Jmol's ReaderFactory is ported to CDK, I added a tool in cdk/applications that uses it... for this class is in cdk/packages/tar/cdk/bin a shell script wrapper... Simple syntax: Jmol-6/samples> cdk-guessformat * 1crn.pdb: format=org.openscience.cdk.io.PDBReader 4-cyanophenylni

Fabian, I do not have good news. I have successfully done full checkout/build with both b6 & head. I spent a few minutes searching the web for this message ... no luck. Here is a wild guess ... What version of the java tools are you using? Egon put in a directive for ant in the build.xml "java
