Hi all,
now that Jmol's ReaderFactory is ported to CDK, I added a tool in
cdk/applications that uses it... for this class is in
cdk/packages/tar/cdk/bin a shell script wrapper...
Simple syntax:
Jmol-6/samples> cdk-guessformat *
1crn.pdb: format=org.openscience.cdk.io.PDBReader
4-cyanophenylni

The latest version of docbook (1.61.2) solves the problem ... it looks
locally rather than going to docbook.sf.net.
So, I upgraded HEAD to use docbook-xsl-1.61.2

I do not have good news.
I have successfully done full checkout/build with both b6 & head.
I spent a few minutes searching the web for this message ... no luck.
Here is a wild guess ... What version of the java tools are you using?

I get this error when compiling:
Error loading class org.apache.tools.ant.Main: Bad major version number
even with a fresh tree.
