I'm trying to move the way Sagemath handles 3-D data to use more standard Jmol formats. However, I've run into a discrepancy on how Jmol.jar and JmolData.jar behave. I'm testing with 13.0.9. If I have a simple pmesh file XXX.pmesh I can load it into Jmol with a number of commands for example
