Recently I have been saying that MSIE 11 cannot read local files. I was
wrong.
A recent upgrade of MSIE (MSIE 11?) broke local file access using jQuery
1.10.
The problem is most unusual. It is two parts:
1) MSIE navigator.userAgent no longer reports "MSIE", which is what JSmol
uses to flag MSIE
I usually commit the Spanish updates directly into SVN, so we can
test this first without worrying about merging the Launchpad files.
Once it works, that's a second part to address.
For example, the Capture menu entries have already Spanish
translations which I added a few days ago.

Looks to me like the system has broken down since January, and new terms
since then are not updated. Apparently only Nico can do this; my updates
haven't been adding new definitions to the POT file. Nico?

Thanks, Bob, for the last 14.0.11 update. The menu problem with
quotes is now fixed.
Still I see those terms that nedd to be put into the GT system in
order to get in the POT/PO and be translatable:
