Here is the status of the display bug on my machines: *On my P4 1.8GHz debian unstable Sun's JMV:
-Jmol-HEAD doesn't make the JVM crash anymore (so there is some improvement) when rotating altough the display bug does still occur. -With Jmol-5 the JVM crashes. *On my P3 450MHz debian stable Sun's JMV: -Jmol-HEAD works perfecly. -Jmol-5 produces the bug but the JVM doesn't crash *On my P2 266MHz debian testing blackdown's JVM: -Both Jmol-HEAD and Jmol-5 work perfectly. It is difficult to find a correlation because speed, JVM and OS stability play together.
