I've started the upgrade this weekend (wiki is in read only mode for the
moment).
I tried to upgrade to MW 1.20, but my hosting service doesn't have the
required version of PHP.
I've to try with MW 1.19.

ConfirmAccount extension seems now available again.
I'll try to upgrade the wiki this weekend and put ConfirmAccount in service.
