Frieda, I realize that this all has been a moving target, and there is no clear statement yet of the preferred way to get a JVXL description. Solvent surfaces load 1crn.pdb isosurface solvent # for example -- takes some time show isosurface The isosurface file is written out.

Bob, I'm testing the jmol-11.0 beta version, and am again having problems with viewer.scriptWait(). (It hangs my app). I don't think that the new scriptQueue functions, as descibed in your docs, allow the behaviour I want. I need to call viewer.scriptWait("load molecule.xyz") in my java code, the
