[Jmol-users] unexpected image scaling

Interesting. I have found today that "set antialiasDisplay ON" forces scaling of images even when "set fontscaling false" is set. Expected or no? I was surprised & it took me a while to narrow it down to this one setting -Tom Here are some commands for testing: set antialiasDisplay ON

[Jmol-users] branch option problem

Hi everyone, I'm really excited about the new "branch" option of 'within' and am trying to implement it. I'm seeing however that the command stored in a variable as follows: var fab = "select @{within(\"branch\",{atomno=3180},{atomno=3174})};color atoms green" is generating the error mess

Bob, I've been looking through the documentation and trying to figure this out. I'm not having much success. I don't think I quite understand the syntax for doing this. I also don't understand what properties are available and where to find them and which file formats are supported. I
