I started playing with jmol a few weeks ago and I find it very nice.
I set the structure from a CTfile (molfile) stored in a string in
javascript.
I set it to jmol using jmolLoadInline and it works well.
However I can't find the way to get the data back from jmol as a
molfile. I found
In Jmol 12.0.RC6_dev, I'm seeing peculiar behavior of MO's. Once
displayed, the MO's disappear and reappear at various positions during
mouse rotation or the spin command.

It does take a few seconds after closing Firefox for it to COMPLETELY
unload, also be absolutely sure you have closed all windows, including the
error console.

OK, problem solved, but no clues as to the cause.
1. It was not a Jmol problem; I saw it with other applets.
2. It was a problem only in one of my 2 computers. But there are
reports in the web of the same problem. One of them says "some of our
users are observing it, others not".

I don't think so, but doing this is not regularly necessary.
