It's no problem. It is important, though, that a div containing Jmol not
ever be set to display NONE. In some browsers that initiates a reload of
the entire applet when the display is brought back to BLOCK.
So you might have to tweak jQuery a bit if you are using tabs.
Test it with MSIE for sure.

jQuery's "resizable" feature. That is, I insert the applet into a div that is
assigned resizable using jQuery's features. No problem, works fine. So I'd bet
that there is no incompatibility between both librar
