Can you please verify if mouse interaction is broken for WebGL? Tested Firefox and Safari on Mac 10.9.4 Applet renders structure Ok, but mouse can’t interact (rotate, zoom, open menu, etc). Interaction from page works Ok (links, buttons, pulldown, etc). See either http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmo
