I think this job is bogus. I know several who have applied. Nothing.
I think some of the job listings are hooks for head-hunters to get
resumes and identities to poll potential employers.

Can anyone explain why this lists members emails and email addresses are
being stored? And why they are visible to anyone who may want to
search? Can they be archived but not visible?

Of course we make errors in our code, everybody does. But you can't evaluate
experience without examining ones work.
And employers DO give out this information. Especially if an individual was
