Hi all, I am setting up a small site at the moment and wan´t to include my tumblr posts on it. It´s basically three ways of doing this, use the tumblr js which is pretty straight forward- adding the correct path to the tumblr account and whoha the posts are showing. Unfortunately not so elegant formating and it´s breaking my site in some strange ways. Anyhow, the other two and more elegant ways is to use the Tumblr API Read with the two options of XML or JSON which should be pretty easy to implement via an ajax call - I presume. Well the problem is that for once I am hardly a Jolt-drinking-binaries-under-my-nails-hey-lets-get-some-coding-done-in-a-sec-and-dance-hula-hula type of guy, and for second the external cross domain call seems to be a little bit tricky.
So, is there anyone who can point me in the right direction of getting my tumblr posts to show up in my site? The short API info can be found on www.tumblr.com/api Regards, Jonas
