[jQuery] jQuery works fine on localhost but doesn't work on external server.

I've got jQuery and 2 plugin libraries running on my website. One runs the navigation and the other runs a dropdown search box. Everything works great on my localhost, but when I copied the directory to the external server none of the jQuery worked. I'm not getting any Errors in my error log, and
