[jQuery] [newbie] testing image loaded

Sorry if my last post was a bit vague & long winded i will try to be
more specific

Is there a way to test if an image is loaded to trigger an event ?

Currently I have tried the following and it seems to do nothing at
all??
*Yeah...  I'm guessing my syntax is pretty bad :( but I am trying to
learn
