Hi, I've just used the validate plugin for the first time and it works great :) One extra thing I would love to see is some sort of hooks which allow the user to customise how the error messages appear and disappear. I managed to hack it in for appearing messages using the errorPlacement function but I couldn't find a way to animate the disappearing error messages.
