I'm using HTTP Analyzer from: http://www.ieinspector.com/ The IE 7 really tries to call http://:/ and this ends in not finish loading the page. It's not only a traffic tool issue. I also removed any other JS and CSS and it still happens with only jquery.js and no other css or javascript. It's really bad because the thickbox page shows up without any layout if this happens. I also have to say, that I've the multi version IE installed next to the IE 7. But the IE 7 installation is the original one. But I don't think that has to do with the issue.
