However, when I load it through .load() it only shows up as question marks. Is there an obvious solution? I couldn't find any good info on jQuery and UTF8 when searching. Also, when I try to add Japanese through AJAX it is saved in correctly in the db (as well as returned) as things like %uD0A4%uC544. It works fine when I enter foreign languages through a regular form and no AJAX. Thanks, Chris.
