[jQuery] How to Call ASP.Net 3.5 WebService which returns JSON Data From ASP.Net 2.0 WebPage having AutoComplete

Hi Friends,
                I am facing a problem while calling a webservice
written in ASP.Net 3.5 which returns a JSON Data and then passing this
data to a page that has jQuery's AutoComplete Plugin.
               I am able to call this webservice but It doesn't
return the data.
