[jQuery] I think the slideUp is not stable,when it animate it have a flash!

I think the slideUp is not stable,when it animate it have a flash! but
it does not have this problem in 1.1.2!

我不知道我表述的是否清楚，我在使用向上滑动时，不管是animate 还是slideup！
