try to create a table for each form, that way table tag is inside of
the form tag

I need to have two forms in a single table, ie. I'd like to have a
bunch of rows and columns lined up but with two different submit
buttons that go to completely different pages. But, like you, wit
i fixed the issue, turns out putting a form tag inside a table tag
causes this problem

and press submit a couple of times and see what happens
