DebugBar 5 beta and Companion JS are two good free tools for DOM
exploring and JS Debugging. Also the paid version of Aptana (Aptana Pro)
integrates a very good debugger for IE and Firefox in Eclipse (the free
version only debug in Firefox).

It's no Firebug, but it's the best I've seen for IE.
